You Know You Wanna

This tutorial was written by me on 19 October 2008. Any similarities to other tutorials is purely coincidental.
Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice. I am using the sexy artwork of Ismael Rac. I bought this tube when he wa still with MPT. You can find him at his store here.
Scrapkit. I am using the awesome scrapkit XOXO by Dezigns by Ali. If you wish to purchase this kit you can here. Thank you, Ali!!
Template made by me
Mask by Becky. Unfortunately her site is now closed. :-(
Font of choice. I used Sweetheart (pay font)
No outside plugins are needed
Let's begin! Open up my template. Delete the credits. Highlight the long rectangle fill layers. Go to Selections > Select All. Selections > Float. Defloat. Open up a paper of choice. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Go to Selections > Invert. Hit delete on your keyboard. Deselect (CTRL+D) Delete the gray long rectangle layer.
Highlight the Center Circle Fill layer. Select, float and defloat. Open up another paper of choice. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Go to Selections > Invert. Hit delete on your keyboard. Deselect. (CTRL+D) Delete the gray circle fill layer.
Highlight the circle frame fill layer. Select, float and defloat. Open up a paper of choice. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Selections > Invert. Hit delete. Deselect. Delete the gray circle frame fill layer.
Highlight the small rectangle layer. Select, float and defloat. Open up a paper that contrasts with the last one you used. Paste onto your canvas. Selections > Invert. Hit delete. Deselect. Delete the gray small rectangles layer.
Highlight the small circles fill layer. Select, float and defloat. Open up paper of choice. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Selections > Invert. Hit delete on your keyboard. Deselect. Delete the gray small circles fill layer.
Grab your magic wand tool, tolerance set at 30, feather at 0.00. Click inside one of the small circle frames. Go to Selections > Modify > Expand by 4.00. Open up your tube. Resize if necessary, bicubic. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Position to your liking within the selection. Go to Selections > Invert. Hit delete on your keyboard. Give your tube a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5.00. Drag the tube layer below the frame layer. Repeat the above steps with the rest of the circle frames.
Highlight the Center Circle Frame layer. Open up your tube. Paste onto your canvas. Position to your liking in the middle of the frame. Give your tube a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 65, Blur 8.00. Duplicate your tube. Drag the duplicated tube layer beneath the center circle frame layer. Grab your magic wand tool, same settings as before. Click inside of the empty space in the middle of the frame. Go to Selections > Modify > Expand by 2.00. Selections > Invert. Highlight your top tube layer. Grab your eraser tool, size set at 30, opacity 100. Erase the parts of the tube you don't want hanging out of the frame. Deselect. Highlight your bottom tube layer. Carefully erase the parts you don't want hanging out of the frame.
Open up a bling of choice from the scrapkit. Resize by 15%, bicubic. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 50, Blur 4.00. Duplicate the bling 3x so you have a total of 4. Position them where the small circles meet the big one. (see my tag above for reference)
Open up the love bow from the kit. Resize by 25%, smartsize. Give the lovebow the same drop shadow you gave the bling. Duplicate the lovebow. Go to Image > Mirror. Position them over the small rectangles (see my tag above for reference)
Add any other embellishments of your choosing.
Highlight your white background layer. Open up a paper of choice. Resize by 69%, smartsize. Paste onto your canvas. Apply the Becky Mask, fit to layer. Delete the mask, answer yes and merge the group. Resize the mask layer by 85%, smartsize. Position it to you liking.
Highlight the stars 1 layer Grab your magic wand tool. On your bottom stars layer, select all of the bigger stars. Open up brightly colored paper of choice. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Go to Selections > Invert. Hit delete on your keyboard. Deselect.
Highlight the stars 2 layer. Grab your magic wand tool and select the smaller stars. Copy and paste the same paper as a new layer onto your canvas. Selections > Invert. Hit delete on your keyboard. Deselect.
Crop and resize to your liking. Add your copyright info, watermark and your text. Hide the stars 2 layer. Copy merged. Open up Animation Shop. Paste as a new animation. Back to PSP. Hide the stars 1 layer, and unhide the stars 2 layer. Copy merged. Paste after frame 1 in AS. Select all frames (Ctrl+A). Change the frame properties to 20.
Optimize and save as gif.
