This tutorial was written by me on 11 January 2009. Any similarities to other tutorials is purely coincidental.
Supplies Needed:
2 tubes of choice. I am using the unique artwork of Irene Shpak. I bought hthis tube when she was still with MPT. I don't know if her work is available anywhere so just use a tube you like instead.
Scrapkit. I am using the lovely scrap Let it Be by Mirella of Scrapity Scrap. If you wish to purchase this kit, you can here. Thank you, Mirella!

Font of choice. I used Diana (pay font)

Ok! Let's get started! Open up my template. Duplicate by holding down shift + d. Close the original. Delete the credit info layer.
Highlight the triangles fill 1 layer. Go to selections > select all. Selections > float. Selections > defloat. Open up a paper of choice from the kit. Resize by 96%, smartsize. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Selections > invert. Hit delete on your keyboard. Don't deselect yet!!
Open up your first tube of choice. Resize as necessary, bicubic. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Position to your liking within the selection. Hit delete and deselect. Apply Xero Soft Mood to the tube with the following settings:
Give your tube a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 60, Blur 6.00. Delete the black triangle fill 1 layer.
Highlight the triangles fill 2 layer. Repeat all the same steps you did with the triangle fill 1 layer, except mirror and flip your tube.
Highlight the triangles frame 1 layer. Select, float and defloat. Open up a paper of choice from the kit. Resize by 96%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Selections > invert. Hit delete and deselect. Give the layer a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 65, Blur 5.00. Delete the white triangles frame 1 layer.
Highlight the triangles frame 2 layer and repeat the same steps that you did with the triangles frame 1 layer.
Highlight the encircled leaves layer. Select, float and defloat. Open up a paper of choice from the kit. Resize by 96%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Selections > invert. Hit delete and deselect. Give the layer a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 65, Blur 8.00. Delete the encircle leaves template layer.
Highlight the shape layer. Select, float and defloat. Open up a paper of choice from the kit. Resize by 96%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Selections > invert. Hit delete and deselect. Give the layer a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 65, Blour 8.00. Delete the shape template layer.
Open up Leaves1 from the kit. Resize by 85%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Apply Xero Soft Mood, same settings as before. Select, float and defloat.
Open up your main tube. Resize bicubic as necessary. Give it a drop shadow of H -6, V -2, Opacity 60, Blur 6.00. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Position to your liking within the selection. Go to selections > invert. Hit delete and deselect. Apply Xero Soft Mood, same settings as before and change the blend mode of your tube to Hard Light.
Highlight the leaves layer and give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 60, Blur 6.00.
Highlight your white background. Open up the leaves again. Don't resize. Mirror the leaves. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Give them a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 65, Blur 7.00. Duplicate the leaves. Go to image > flip. Position them as in my tag above.
Open up a foliage of choice. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 60, Blur 5.00. Duplicate the foliage. Go to image > mirror. Then > image flip. Position them over the leaves.
Open up a paper butterfly of choice. Resize by 25%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5.00. Duplicate the butterfly and mirror it. Position them to your liking.
Add any other embellishments of your choosing. Hide your white background and merge your visible layers. Resize the merged layer by 85%, smartsize.
Unhide and highlight your white background. Open up a paper from the kit. Don't resize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Apply WSL Mask 214 with the following settings:
Source Luminance
Fit to layer
Hide all mask.
Delete the mask from your layer palette. Answer yes and merge the group. Give the mask a drop shadow of H and V 1, Opacity 50, Blur 2.00.
Crop and resize to your liking.
Add your copyright info, watermark and your text. Save as JPG or PNG.
