Stop Dreaming

This tutorial was written by me on 24 October 2008. Any similarities to other tutorials is purely coincidental.
Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice. I am using the artwork of Keith Garvey. I go0 this tube when he was tsill with MPT. You can find him PSP Tubes Emporium now.

Font of Choice. I used A&S Snapper Script (pay font)
No outside plugins needed
Let's get started! Open up my template and delete the credits. Highlight the crumpledstar2 layer. Go to selections > select all. Selections > float. Defloat. Open up a paper of choice and paste onto your canvas. Go to Selections > Invert. Hit delete on your keyboard. Deselect. (CTRL+D). Give this layer a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 60, Blur 5.00. Delete the gray star beneath it.
Highlight the crumpledstar1 layer and repeat all the steps that you did with the crumpledstar2 layer.
Highlight the circle stripes layer. Select, float and defloat. Open up a paper of choice and paste onto your canvas. Selections > invert. Hit delete on your keyboard. Deselect (CTRL+D). Give the layer a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 60, Blur 6.00. Delete the black circle stripes layer.
Highlight the circle layer. Select, float and defloat. Open up a paper that contrasts with your stripes. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Selections > invert. Hit delete on your keyboard. Do NOT deselect.
Open up your tube. Resize bicubic, if necessary. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Position to your liking within the circle. Go to Selections > invert. Grab your eraser tool, size 40, opacity 90. Erase the parts of the tube you don't want hanging over the circle. When you are done, deselect. Give your tube a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 65, Blur 12.00.
Highlight your paper circle layer. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 60, Bour 10.00. Delete the gray circle layer.
Highlight the right rec stripes layer. Select, float and defloat. Open up a paper of choice and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Selections > invert. Hit delete on your keyboard. Deselect. Repeat these same steps with the left rec stripes layer. Give both layers a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 60, Blur 5.00. Delete both black stripes layers.
Highlight the left rounded rectangle layer. Select, float and defloat. Open up a paper that contrasts with the stripes. Paste as new layer onto your canvas. Selections > invert. Hit delete on your keyboard. Deselect. Repeat the same steps with the right rounded rectangle. Give both layers a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 60, Blur 12.00. Delete both gray rounded rectangle layers.
Highlight your white background. Open up a paper of choice and paste as new layer onto your canvas. Apply Vix's mask to this layer, source luminance, fit to layer, hide all mask. Delete the mask from your layer pallette, answer yes to the pop up box, and merge the group. Position the mask to your liking.
Highlight your top layer. Open up a binder clip of choice. Resize by 30%, smartsize. Paste onto your canvas. Go to Image > Free Rotate. Rotate Right by 90.00, both boxes unchecked. Position to your liking. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 60, Blur 5.00
Open up a sequined flower of choice. Resize by 25%, smartsize. Paste onto your canvas and position to your liking. Give it the same drop shadow you gave the clip.
Open up a butterfly of choice. Resize by 20%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Position to your liking. Give it the same drop shadow you gave your flower.
Add any other embellishments of your choosing. :-)
Decorate and arrange the words to your liking. When you have, delete the black words layer.
Add your copyright info, watermark and any other additional text. Crop and resize to your liking.
Highlight the Star 1 layer. Select, float and defloat. Open up a paper of choice. Paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Selections > invert. Hit delete on your keyboard. Deselect.
Open up Animation Shop. In PSP, copy merged your tag. Paste as a new animation in AS.
Back to PSP. Delete the PAPER Star layer 1 layer. Highlight the Star 2 layer. Select, float and defloat. Copy and paste the same paper as before as a new layer onto your canvas. Selections > invert. Hit delete on your keyboard. Deselect. Copy merged.
Paste after Frame 1 in AS. Select all frames (CTRL+A) Change the frame properties to 23.
Optimize and save as gif.
