Sexilicious Toon

This tutorial was written by me on 29 November 2008. Any similarites to other tutorials is purely coincidental.
Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice. I am using the sexy artwork of Keith Garvey. Ibought this tube when was stil with MPT. You can find him at PSP Tubes Emporium now.
Scrapkit. I used the amazing scrap Gina (yes it's named after me!! LOL) by Scraps by Jessica. If you wish to purchase this totally awesome scrap, you can here Thank you SO much, Jessica!!!
Template 58 made by me which you can download here
Font of choice. I used A and S Blaze (pay font)
Plugins:
DSB Flux Bright Noise (for animation)
Animation Shop (opt)
No other supplies needed

Let's get started! Open up my template. Duplicate by holding down shift + d. Close the original. Delete the credit info layer.
Highlight the middle rectangle layer. Go to selections > select all. Selections > float. Selections > defloat. Open up a paper of choice from the kit. Don't resize. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Go to selections > invert. Hit delete on your keyboard. Deselect (CTRL+D) Give the layer a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10.00. Delete the dark gray middle rectangle.
Highlight the 2 rectangle layers. Select, float and defloat. Open up a paper of choice from the kit. Resize by 91%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas as a new layer. Selections > invert. Hit delete on your keyboard. Deselect. Give the layer a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 50, Blur 10.00. Delete the gray rectangles
Highlight the circle 1 layer. Select, float and defloat. Open up a paper of choice from the kit. Resize by 91%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Selections > invert. Hit delete. Deselect. Give the layer a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 50, Blur 8.00. Delete the gray circle.
Highlight the circle 2 layer and repeat the same steps above, using the same paper.
Open up bling 1 from the kit. Resize by 25%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Go to image > free rotate. Rotate left by 25.00, both boxes unchecked. Go to adjust > sharpen. Give it a drop shadow of H 1, V 0, Opacity 25, Blur 2.00. Duplicate the bling. Go to image > mirror. Then, image > flip. Position the blings on the small circles (see my tag for reference)
Highlight the 2 small rectangle layers. Select, float and defloat. Open up a paper of choice from the kit. Resize by 91%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Selections > invert. Hit delete on your keyboard. Deselect. Give the layer a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5.00. Delete the gray small rectangles.
Highlight the large circle. Select, float and defloat. Open up a paper of choice from the kit. Resize by 91%, smartsize. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Selections > invert. Hit delete on your keyboard. Deselect. Give the layer a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10.00. Delete the gray large circle.
Open up frame 2 from the kit. Resize by 60%, smartsize. Copy and paste as new layer onto your canvas.
Open up frame 3 from the kit. Resize by 90%, smartsize. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas.
Position both frames to your liking.
Merge your two frames together.
Grab your magic wand tool, tolerance set at 30, feather set at 0.00. Click inside all of the empty spaces of the merged frames (don't forget the little spaces) Go to selections > modify > expand by 4.00. Open up a paper of choice. Resize by 91%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Selections > invert. Hit delete. Do NOT deselect yet!
Open up your tube. Resize as necessary, bicubic. Give your tube a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10.00. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Position your tube to your liking within the selection. Hit delete. Deselect.
Drag your frames above your paper and tube layers. Give your frames a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 60, Blur 6.00.
Open up the chain from the kit. Resize by 40%, smartsize. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 50, Blur 3.00. Drag the chain below your frame to right above your tube layer. Grab your freehand selection tool, type point to point. Select around the edges of the chain that are hanging out of the frame. Hit delete and deselect.
Open up a satin flower of choice. Resize by 20%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 50, Blur 4.00. Position as in my tag above.
Open up the bracelet from the kit. Resize by 25%, smartsize. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 45, Blur 4.00. Position to your liking on the frames.
Open up heart 4 from the kit. Resize by 20%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas and give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5.00. Position it to your liking on the frames.
Open up a flower of choice from the kit. Resize by 35%, smartsize. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5.00. Duplicate the flower. Go to image > mirror. Position them as in my tag above.
Highlight the 2 rectangles layers. Open up flowers 1 from the kit. Resize by 30%, smartsize. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5.00. Duplicate the flower. Go to image > mirror. Then, image > flip. Position as in my tag above.
Open up heart 1 from the kit. Resize by 35%, smartsize. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H 1, V 0, Opacity 40, Blur 3.00. Duplicat the heart. Go to image > mirror. Position them over the flowers 1.
Open up a button flower of choice from the kit. Resize by 35%, smartsize. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, opacity 50, Blur 5.00. Duplicate the button flower. Position one behind each small circle.
Add any other embellishments of your choosing.
Hide your white background and merge your visible layers.
Resize by merged layer by 85%, bicubic. To to adjust > sharpness > unsharp mask. Apply with the following settings:
Radius 5
Strength 10
Clipping 1
Highlight your white background. Open up bling 2 from the kit. Resize by 95%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H 2 and V 0, Opacity 50, Blur 2.00. Position to your liking.
Open up a wordart of choice. Resize by 40%, smartsize. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H 2, V 0, Opacity 50, Blur 2.00.
Merge your bling 2 and wordart layers together.
Crop and resize to your liking.
Add your copyright info, watermark and your text.
if you are not animating, save as JPG or PNG.
If you are animating, highlight your bling and wordart layer. Apply DSB Flux Bright Noise with the following settings:
Copy merged. Open up Animation Shop. Paste as a new animation in AS.
Back to PSP. Go to edit > undo > bright noise. Apply bright noise again, but this time hit the random seed button. Copy merged and paste after your current frame in AS.
Repeat the above steps one more time for a total of 3 frames.
Optimize and save as gif.
