This tutorial was written by me on 8 Decemeber 2008. Any similarities to other tutorials is purely coincidental.
Supplies Needed:
Close up and tube of choice. I am using the sensual artwork of Ismael Rac. I bought this tube when was still MPT. You can find his work at his store here.
Scrapkit. I am using the funkilicisous scrap Jenny by Jessica's Scraps. If you wish to purchase this awesome kit, you can here
Template 50 made by me, which you can download here

Diamond tube (included in supplies)
Font of choice. I used CAC Shishoni Brush which you can download here

Ok! Let's get started! Open up my template. Duplicate by holding down shift + d. Close the original. Delete the credit info layer.
Highlight the circle 1 fill layer. Go to selections > select all. Selections > float. Seletions > defloat. Open up a paper of choice from the kit. Resize by 60%, smartsize. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Position within the selection. Go to selections > invert. Hit delete on your keyboard. Deselect (CTRL+D) Delete the gray circle 1 fill template layer.
Highlight the circle 1 frame. You can either leave the frame white and add a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 60, Blur 6.00, or floodfill with a color of choice, like I did. :-)
Highlight the circle 2 fill layer. Select, float and defloat. Open up a paper of choice from the kit. Resize by 60%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas, and position the paper within the selections. Selections > invert. Hit delete and deselect. Delete the gray circle 2 fill.
Highlight the circle 2 frame. Leave it white or floodfill with a color of choice. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 60, Blur 6.00.
Highlight the horizontal rectangle 1 layer. Select, float and defloat. Open up a paper of choice from the kit. Resize by 91%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Position within the selection. Selections > invert. Hit delete and deselect. Delete the black horizontal rectangle.
Highlight the horizontal rectangle 1 frame. Leave it white or floodfill. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opaciyt 60, Blur 6.00.
Highlight the horizontal rectangle 2 fill layer. Select, float and defloat. Open up a paper of choice from the kit. Resize by 91%,smartsize. Copy and paste as new layer onto your canvas. Selections > invert. Hit delete. Deselect. Delete the gray horizontal rectangle.
Highlight the horizontal rectangle 2 frame. Leave it white or floodfill with a color of choice. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 60, Blur 6.00.
Highlight the vertical rectangle 1 layer. Select, float and defloat. Open up a paper of choice from the kit. Resize by 91%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Selections > invert. Hit delete and deselect. Delete the gray vertical rectangle 1 layer.

Highlight the vertical rectangle 2 layer. Select, float and defloat. Open up a paper of choice from the kit. Resize by 91%, smartsize. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Selections > invert. Hit delete and deselect. Delete the gray vertical rectangle 2 layer.
Highlight the vertical rectangle 2 frame. Leave it white or floodfill with a color. Give it a drop shadow of H and V0, Opacity 60, Blur 6.00.
Highlight the large circle fill layer. Select, float and defloat. Open up a paper of choice from the kit. Don't resize and copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Hit delete. Do NOT deselect.
Open up your close up tube. Resize, if necessary, bicubic. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Position to your liking within the selection. Hit delete and deselect. Give your tube a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 60, Blur 9.00. Delete the large gray circle fill layer.
Highlight the large circle frame. Leave white or floodfill. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 65, Blur 8.00.
Highlight the bracket 1 fill layer. Select, float and defloat. Open up a paper of choice from the kit. Don't resize and copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Selections > invert. Hit delete and deselect. Delete the gray bracket fill 1 layer.
Highlight the bracket 1 frame. Leave white or floodfill. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 50, Blur 4.00.
Highlight the bracket 2 fill layer. Selecr, float and defloat. Copy and paste the same paper you used for the bracket 1 layer. Selections > invert. Hit delete and deselect.
Highlight the bracket 2 frame. Leave white or floodfill. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 50, Blur 4.00.
Highlight the picture fill. Select, float and defloat. Open up a paper of choice from the kit. Resize by 60%, smartsize. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Selections > invert. Hit delete. Do NOT deselect.
Open up your tube. Resize as necessary, bicubic. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Position to your liking within the selection. Hit delete and deselect. Give your tube a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 60, Blur 9.00. Delete the gray picture fill.
Highlight the picture frame. Leave white or floodfill. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 55, Blur 5.00.
Highlight the circle 3 fill. Select, float and defloat. Open up a paper from the kit. Resize 60%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Position within the selection. Selections > invert. Hit delete and deselect. Delete the gray circel 3 fill layer.
Highlight the circle 3 frame. Leave white or floodfill. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 60, Blur 6.00.
Open up the post it from the kit. Leave it yellow or colorize it like I did. Don't resize and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Go to image > free rotate. Rotate left by 25.00 degrees, both boxes unchecked. Duplicate the post it 2x, for a total of 3. Mirror one of the post it layers. Position as in my tag above. Merge the 3 post it layers together. Give them a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 50, Blur 10.00. Drag it to right above your white background.
Open up a flower doodle of choice. Resize by 35%, smartsize. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Position to your liking on the post its.
Open up the bicolor string from the kit. Resize by 45%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5.00. Position to your liking.
Highlight your top layer. Open up a bow of choice from the kit. Resize by 20%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5.00. Duplicate the bow. Go to image > mirror. Positin the bows to your liking on the large circle frame.
Open up a fastener of choice. Resize by 30%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5.00. Position to your liking.
Open up a charm of choice. Resize by 30%, smartsize. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5.00. Position to your liking.
Open up the backward brad. Resize by 35%, smartsize. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 50, Blur 4.00. Duplicate the backward brad. Go to image > mirror. Position them to your liking on the picture frame.
Open up a staple ribbon of choice. Resize by 45%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5.00. Go to image > free rotate. Rotate left by 90.00 degrees, both boxes unchecked. Position to your liking.
Open up the bracelete from the kit. Resize by 25%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5.00. Position to your liking.
Open up the glass heart from the kit. Resize by 25%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5.00. Duplicate the heart. Go to image > mirror. Position them to your liking.
Open up the diamond. Colorizeif you like. Resize by 75%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Apply Mura Meister Copies with the following settings:
Give the layer a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 50, Blur 4.00 and position to your liking.
Add any other embellishments of your choosing.
Hide your white background and merge your visible layers. Resize the merged layer by 90%, bicubic. Go to adjust > sharpness > unsharp mask. Apply with the following settings:
Radius 5
Strength 10
Clipping 1
Give the layer a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 45, Blur 10.00.
Open up a paper of choice from the kit. Don't resize and copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Apply Vix's mask with the following settings:
Source Luminance
Fit to Layer
Hide all mask.
Delete the mask from your layer palette. Answer yes to the pop up box and merge the group. Position the mask to your liking behind your merged layer. Give the mask a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 25, Blur 10.00.
Hide your white background and merge your visible layers.
Crop and resize to your liking.
Add your copyright info, watermark and text. If you are not animating, save as JPG or PNG.
If you are animating, highlight your tag layer. Apply Constellation with the following settings:
Copy merged. Open up Animation Shop. Paste as a new animation in AS.
Back to Paint Shop Pro. Go to edit > undo constellation. Apply Constellation again, but this time hit the random seed button. Copy merged. Paste after your current frame in AS.
Repeat the above steps one more time for a total of 3 frames.
Select all frames (CTRL+A) and change the frame properties to 12.
Optimize and save as gif.
