This tutorial was written by me on 18 March 2009. Any similarities to other tutorials is purely coincidental.
Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice. I am using the stunning artwork of Jennifer Janesko. I got this tube when CILM was still open. You cn find her art at CDO now.

Font of choice. I used Water Lily. (pay font)

Animation Shop (opt)
No other supplies needed

Ok! Let's get started! Open up my template. Duplicate by holding down shift + d. Close the original. Delete the credit info layer.
Highlight the shape layer. Go to selections > select all. Selections > float. Selections > defloat. Open up a paper from the kit. Resize by 70%, smartsize. Copy. Add a new raster layer to your working image. Paste into selection. Don't deselect!
Open up your tube. Resize as necessary, bicubic. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Position to your liking within the shape. Go to selections > invert. Grab your eraser tool, size 35, opacity 100. Carefully erase the part of the tune you don't want hanging out of the shape. Deselect (CTRL + D). Give your tube a drop shadow of H 6, V -3, Opacity 70, Blur 10.00.
Highlight your paper shape layer and give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 70, Blur 10.00. Delete the black shape layer.
Highlight your leaves deco layer. Select, float and defloat. Open up a paper from the kit. Resize by 75%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Selections > invert. Hit delete and deselect. Give the layer a drop shadow of H 2, V 0, Opacity 50, Blur 2.00. Delete the white leaves deco layer. Make sure the leaves deco layer is beneath your tube layer.
Highlight the leaves layer you are going to use. If you are using the green leaves layer, give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 65, Blur 5.00. If you are using the grayscale, select, float and defloat. Open up a paper from the kit. Resize the paper by 80%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Selections > invert. Hit delete. Change the blend mode of the paper to overlay. Merge the gray scale leaves and the paper layer together. Give the merged leaves layer a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 65, Blur 5.00. Delete the other leaves layer. Drag your remaining leaves layer beneath your tube layer.
Open up the cloth flower from the kit. Resize by 45%, smartsize. Give it a drop shadow of H -2, V 0, Opacity 65, Blur 2.00. Duplicate the flower. Go to image > mirror. Position them at the bottom of the shape.
Open up the jewel from the kit. Don't resize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Position it in the middle of the 2 cloth flowers.
Open up the doodle flower from the kit. Resize by 65%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H -2, V 0, Opacity 65, Blur 2.00. Duplicate the doodle flower. Go to image > mirror. Position the doodle flowers to your liking on the leaves, or see my tag for reference.
Open up a satin bow from the kit. Resize by 45%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opaicty 60, Blur 4.00. Duplicate the bow. Go to image > mirror. Position them to your liking.
Open up a butterfly from the kit. Resize by 30%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. GIve it a drop shadow of H 2, V 0, Opacity 45, Blur 2.00. Duplicate the butterfly. Go to image > mirror. Position them to your liking.
Add any other embellishments of your choosing.
Hide your white background and merge your visible layers together.
Highlight your white background. Open up a metal butterfly. Don't resize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Apply Mura Meister Copies with the following settings:
Resize the encircled butterflies by 90%, smartsize. Center the behind your merged layer.
Crop and resize to your liking.
Add your copyright info, watermark and your text. If you are not animating, save as JPG or PNG.
If you are animating, highlight your encircled butterflies layers. Apply Eyecandy Bature Fire, using colors that match your tag with the following settings:
Give the layer a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 60, Blur 5.00. Copy merged. Open up Animation Shop. Paste as a new animation in AS.
Back to PSP. Go to edit > undo drop shadow. Edit > undo fire. Apply Fire again, same settings, except this time hit the random seed button. Give the layer a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 60, Blur 5.00. Copy merged and paste after your current frame in AS.
Repeat the above steps 3 more times for a total of 5 frames. Select all frames. (CTRL + A) Change the frame properties to 12.
Optimize and save as gif.
