This tutorial was written by me on 17 December 2008. Any similarities to other tutorials is purely coincidental.
Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice. I am using the sexy artwork of Ted Hammond. I bought this tube when CILM was still open. You can buy his work at CDO now.

Font of choice. I am using Gwendolyn (pay font)

Ok! Lets get started! Open up my template. Duplicate by holding down shift + d. Close the original. Delete the credit info layer.
Highlight the what are you circle layer. Go to selections > select all. Selections > float. Selections > defloat. Open up a paper of choice from the kit. Resize by 68%, smartsize. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Go to selections > invert. Hit delete on your keyboard. Deselect (CTRL+D) Apply Constellation with the following settings:
Give the layer a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10.00. Delete the black what are you circle.
Highlight the circle 1 layer. Select, float and defloat. Open up a paper of choice from the kit. Resize by 68%, smartsize. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Selections > invert. Hit delete on your keyboard and deselect. Give the layer a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 50, Blur 8.00. Delete the gray circle 1 layer.
Highlight the circle 2 layer and repeat all the same steps you did with your circle 1 layer.
Highlight the crumpled paper 1 layer. Colorize to your liking. Highlight the crumpled paper 2 layer and colorize.
Open up one of the rectangle frames. Resize by 65%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Position to your liking on the crumpled papers.
Grab your magic wand tool, tolerance 30, feather set at 0.00. Click inside the empty spaces of the frames. Go to selections > modify > expand by 5.00.
Open up a paper of choice from the kit. Resize by 68%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Selections > invert. Hit delete. Do NOT deselect!!
Open up the city tube. Resize by 80%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Position to your liking within the selection. Hit delete. Deselect. On your city tube layer, go to adjust > sharpness > sharpen more.
Highlight your frame layer and drag it to the top of your layer palette.
Open up your tube. Resize as necessary, bicubic. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Give your tube a drop shadow of H -4, V 4, Opacity 40, Blur 8.00. Position your tube to your liking on the frame. Duplicate your tube layer. Make sure one tube layer is right above your frame, and the other right below your frame.
Grab your magic wand tool, same settings as before. Highlight the frame layer. Click inside the empty spaces of the frames. Go to selections > modify > expand by 1.00. Selections > invert.
Grab your eraser tool, size 25, opacity 100. Highlight your bottom tube layer. Carefully erase the parts of your tube you don't want hanging over your frame.
Deselect. Highlight your top tube layer. Carefully erase the parts of the tube you don't want hanging out of the frame.
Highlight the frame. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 60, Blur 8.00.
Open up a screw of choice. Resize by 35%, smartsize. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Duplicate the screw. Position them in the rings at the end of the frame. Drag both screw layers beneath your frame layer.
Open up a blossom vine of choice. Resize by 65%, smartsize. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 60, Blur 5.00. Duplicate the blossom vine. Go to image > mirror. Then, image > flip. Position as in my tag above. Drag both blossom layers below your frame paper layer.
Highlight your top layer. Open up a flower choice. Resize by 20%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 60, Blur 5.00. Duplicate the flower. Position them to your liking on the frame.
Open up a bow of choice. Resize by 45%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 60, Blur 5.00. Duplicate the bow. Go to image > mirror. Postion the bows to your liking on the frame.
Open up a ribbon flower of choice. Resize by 20%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 60, Blur 5.00. Go to image > mirror. Duplicate the ribbon flower. Go to image > mirror. Then, image > flip. Position to your liking on the crumpled paper. Drag both ribbon flower layers beneath your frame paper layer.
Open up a tag of choice. Resize by 50%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 60, Blur 5.00. Duplicate the tag and mirror. Position to your liking on your circles.
Open up a knot of choice. Resize by 45%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 60, Blur 5.00. Duplicate the knot. Go to image > mirror. Position to your liking on your tags.
Add any other embellishments of your choosing.
Highlight your white background. Add a new raster layer. Floodfill with any color. Apply Vix's Mask with the following settings:
Source Luminance
Fit to Layer
Hide all mask
Delete the mask from your layer palette. Answer yes to the pop up box and merge the group. Resize the mask layer by 90%, smartsize. Position the mask to your liking.
Crop and resize to your liking.
Add your copyright info, watermark and your text.
Highlight your mask layer. Apply Xenofex Constellation with the following settings:
Give the mask a drop shadow of H 1, V 1, Opacity 35, Blur 1.00. Copy merged. Open up Animation Shop. Paste as a new animation in AS.
Back to Paint Shop Pro. Go to edit > undo drop shadow. Edit > undo constellation. Apply constellation again, but this time hit the random seed button. Give the layer a drop shadow of H 1, V 1, Opacity 35, Blur 1.00. Copy merged and paste after your current frame in AS.
Repeat the above steps one more time for a total of 3 frames.
Optimize and save as gif.
