This tutorial was written by me on 24 April 2009. Any similarities to other tutorials is purely coincidental.
Supplies Needed:
2 tubes of choice. I am using the awesome artwork of Rion Vernon (Pinuptoons). I got this tube when CILM was still open. You can get his art at CDO now.

Ok! Let's get started! Open up my template. Duplicate by holding down shift + d. Close the original. Delete the credit info layer and the flowers layer.
Highlight the rectangles layer. Go to selections > select all. Selections > float. Selections > defloat. Open up a paper from the kit. Resize by 75%, smartsize. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Go to selections > invert. Hit delete on your keyboard. Deselect (CTRL+D). Give the layer a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 75, Blur 8.00. Delete the gray rectangles layer.
Highlight the circles layer Select, float and defloat. Open up a paper from the kit. Resize by 75%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Go to selections > invert. Hit delete and deselect. Give the layer a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 75, Blur 6.00. Delete the gray circles layer.
Highlight the fill layer. Select, float and defloat. Open up a paper from the kit. Resize by 75%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Selections > invert. Hit delete. Don't deselect yet.
Open up your first tube of choice. Resize as necessary, bicubic. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Position to your liking within the selection. Hit delete. Deselect. Change the blend mode of the tube to Luminance (Legacy). Give the tube a drop shadow of H 3, V -1, Opcity 65, Blur 6.00. Delete the gray fill layer. Highlight the paper fill layer and apply Eyecandy 5 Texture Noise with the following settings:
Highlight the deco layer. Select, float and defloat. Open up a paper from the kit. Resize, 75%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Selections > invert. Hit delete and deselect. Go to effects > 3D effects > inner bevel. Apply with the following settings:
Give the layer a drop shadow of H 1, V -1, Opacity 55, Blur 2.00. Delete the black deco layer.
Highlight the frame layer. Select, float and defloat. Open up a paper from the kit. Resize by 75%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Selections > invert. Hit delete and deselect. Give the layer a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 80, Blur 6.00. Delete the black frame layer.
Open up a bow from the kit. Resize by 10%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H 2, V 0 Opacity 55, Blur 4.00. Duplicate the bow. Go to image > mirror. Position the bows to your liking on the rectangles.
Open up a flower from the kit. Resize by 10%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 55, Blur 6.00. Duplicate the flower. Go to image > mirror. Position the flowers to your liking or see my tag for reference.
Open up stitching 1 from the kit. Resize by 65%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H 1, V -1, Opacity 65, Blur 2.00. Duplicate the stitching. Resize the duplicated stitching by 90%, smartsize. Merge the 2 stitch layers together. Drag this layer to right above your white background. Grab your magic wand tool, tolerance set at 30, feather set at 35. Click inside the big empty space of the merged stitching layer. Open up a paper from the kit. Resize by 75%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Go to selections > invert. Hit delete 3 times on your keyboard. Deselect. Apply Texture Noise, same settings as earlier. Give the layer a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 40, Blur 10.00.
Open up a heart from the kit. Resize by 10%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H 2, V -1, Opacity 45, Blur 4.00. Duplicate. Go to image > mirror. Position the hearts to your liking.
Add any other embellishments of your choosing.
Open up your main tube. Resize, if necessary, bicubic. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Position to your liking. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 70, Blur 8.00.
Crop and resize to your liking.
Add your copyright info, watermark and your text. Save as JPG or PNG.
