Open up your tube.  Resize, if necessary, bicubic.  Copy and paste onto your canvas.  If possible, sit your tube on the swing.  If not, position the tube to your liking.  Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 75, Blur 12.00.

 

Hide your white background and merge your visible layers.

 

Grab your preset shape tool, foreground null, background gray, shape - rounded rectangle.  Draw out a rounded rectangle a little bit larger than your merged layer.  Go to objects > align in center.  Convert to a raster layer.  Drag it beneath your merged layer.  Go to selections > select all.  Selections > float.  Selections > defloat.  Open up a paper from the kit.  Resize by 90%, smartsize.  Copy and paste onto your canvas.  Selections > invert.  Hit delete.  Don't deselect.

 

Open up another paper from the kit.  Resize by 90%, smartsize.  Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas.  Hit delete.  Deselect.  Give both paper rectangles a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 70, Blur 10.00.  Delete the gray rounded rectangle layer.  Highlight the top paper rounded rectangle layer.  Go to image > free rotate.  Rotate left by 12.0, both boxes unchecked.  Duplicate.  Go to image > mirror.  Drag beneath the unrotated rectangle.  Arrange the 3 rounded rectangles to your liking.  Merge the 3 rounded rectangles together.

 

Open up ribbonwrap 6 from the kit.  Resize by 70%, smartsize.  Copy and paste onto your canvas.  Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 65, Blur 4.00.  Positon in the center of the 3 rounded rectangles.

 

Highlight your white background.  Open up a sunflower from the kit. Resize by 45%, smartsize.  Copy and paste onto your canvas.  Apply Mura Meister Copies with the following settings:

 

 

Give the layer a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 70, Blur 11.00.  Center it behind the frame.

 

Highlight the rounded rectangle layer.  Open up leaves3 from the kit.  Resize by 50%, smartsize.  Copy and paste onto your canvas.  Give it a drop shadow of H 2, V -1, Opacity 65, Blur 4.00.  Position in the center of the rounded rectangles, underneath the ribbonwrap.

 

Open up leaves2 from the kit.  Resize by 50%, smartsize.  Copy and paste onto your canvas.  Go to image > free rotate.  Rotate left by 90.00, both boxes unchecked.  Give it a drop shadow of H -2, V -1, Opacity 64, Blur 4.00.  Position next to the other leaves.

 

Open up leaves 1 from the kit.  Resize by 50%, smartsize.  Copy and paste onto your canvas.  Give them a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 64, Blur 6.00.  Position on the right end of the rounded rectangles.  Duplicate.  Go to image > mirror.

 

Open up a staple ribbon from the kit. Resize by 90%, smartsize.  Copy and paste onto your canvas.  Give it a drop shadow of H 3, V -1, Opacity 60, Blur 3.00.  Duplicate.  Go to image > mirror.  Then, image > flip.  Position them so that they are peeking out a bit from behind the rounded rectangles.

 

Open up a tied button from the kit.  Resize by 40%, smartsize.  Copy and paste onto your canvas.  Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 65, Blur 5.00.  Position to your liking beneath the rounded rectangles.

 

Open up a flower from the kit.  Resize by 25%, smartsize.  Copy and paste onto your canvas.  Give it a drop shadow of H and V0, Opacity 70, Blur 6.00.  Duplicate.  Go to image > mirror.  Then, image > flip.  Position the flowers to your liking beneath the rounded rectangles.

 

Hide your white background.  Merge all visible layers together.  Resize by 85%, bicubic.  Crop away the excess.

 

Highlight your white background.  Add a new raster layer.  Select all.  Open up a paper from the kit.  Copy and paste into selection.  Deselect.  Apply the Vix mask with the following settings:

 

Source Luminance

 

Fit to Canvas

 

Hide all Mask

 

Delete the mask, answer yes and merge the group.  Give the mask a drop shadow of H 3, V -1, Opacity 30, Blur 3.00.

 

Crop and resize to your liking.

 

Add your copyright info, watermark and your text.  If you are not animating, save as JPG or PNG.

 

If you are animating, highlight your mask layer.  Duplicate it.  Change the blend mode of the top layer to Luminance.  To the top mask layer, apply eyecandy 5 textures - diamond plate with the following settings:

 

 

Click the Color and Lighting tab and change the settings to:

 

 

Copy merged.  Open up Animation Shop.  Paste as a new animation in AS.

 

Back to Paint Shop Pro.  Go to edit > undo diamond plate.  Apply again, same settings, except change the Feature Size to 37.86.  Copy merged.  Paste after frame 1 in AS.

 

Back to PSP>  Edit > undo.  Apply diamond plate again, but change the Feature Size to 38.86.  Copy merged.  Paste after frame 2 in AS.

 

Back to PSP.  Edit > undo.  Apply diamond plate again, but change the Feature Size to 39.86.  Copy merged.  Paste after frame 3 in AS.

 

Select all frames (CTRL+A)  Change the frame properties to 13.

 

Optimize and save as gif.
