This tutorial was written by me on 16 March 2009. Any similarities to other tutorials is purely coincidental.
Supplies Needed:
2 tubes of choice. I am using the gorgeous artwork of Jennifer Janesko. II purchased these tubes when CILM was still open. You can find her artwork at CDO now.

Font of choice. I used Roselyn (pay font)

Ok! Let's get started! Open up my template. Duplicate by holding down shift + d. Close the original. Delete the credit info layer and the flowers layer.
Highlight the rounded rectangle layer. Go to selections > select all. Selections > float. Selections > defloat. Open up a paper from the kit. Resize by 80%, smartsize. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Go to selections > invert. Hit delete on your keyboard. Deselect (CTRL+D). Give the layer a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 70, Blur 5.00. Delete the rounded rectangle layer.
Highlight the bling layer. Give it a drop shadow of H ande V 1, Opacity 60, Blur 2.00.
Highlight the silver swirl mess layer. You can leave as is. Or, select, float and defloat. Floodfill with a color or choice. ( I used white ) Deselect. Apply DSB Flux Bright Noise with the following settings:
Give it a drop shadow of H and V 2, Opacity 70, Blur 3.00.
Highlight the circle fill layer. Select, float and defloat. Open up a paper of choice from the kit. Resize by 72%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Selections > invert. Hit delete. Don't deselect.
Open up your first tube of choice. Resize as necessary, bicubic. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Position to your liking within the selection. Hit delete. Deselect. Give your tube a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 60, Blur 5.00. Delete the gray circle fill layer.
Highlight the leafy frame layer. Select, float and defloat. Open up a paper from the kit. Resize by 72%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Selections > invert. Hit delete and deselect. Apply Constellation with the following settings:
Give the layer a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 75, Blur 7.00. Delete the black leafy frame layer.
Highlight the ornamental circle layer. Select, float and defloat. Add a new raster layer. Floodfill the new layer with a color of choice. (I used white) Deselect. Apply Bright Noise, same settings as earlier. Give the layer a drop shadow of H 1, V 0, Opacity 40, Blur 2.00. Delete the gray ornamental circle layer.
Highlight your white background. Open up a paper from the kit. Don't resize. Copy and paste as a new layer onto your canvas. Apply BflyFlby Mask 41 with the following settings:

Fit to Layer
Hide all Mask
Delete the mask from your layer palette. Answer yes and merge the group. Resize the mask by 90%, smartsize. Apply Constellation, same settings as earlier. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 1, Opacity 25, Blur 2.00.
Grab your magic wand tool, tolerance set at 30, feather set 25. Click inside the empty space of the mask. Open up a paper of choice from the kit. Resize by 72%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Position to your liking. Hit delete 2-4 times on your keyboard. Deselect.
Highlight your mask layer. Open up a delicate flower of choice. Resize by 15%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 60, Blur 4.00. Duplicate 3 times for a total of 4. Position to your liking behind the silver swirl mess layer. (see my tag for reference)
Highlight your top layer. Open up a crystal pendant of choice. Resize by 20%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Go to adjust > sharpen. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 1, Opacity 65, Blur 2.00. Duplicate. Go to image > mirror. Position them on both ends of the rounded rectangle (see my tag for reference)
Open up a feather from the kit. Resize by 15%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 1, Opacity 45, Blur 2.00. Duplicate the feather. Go to image > mirror. Position them on at the top of the crystal pendants.
Open up a crystal flower of choice. Resize by 10%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Go to adjust > sharpen. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 45, Blur 3.00. Duplicate the flower 3 times for a total of 4. Position them to your liking on the leafy frame.
Add any other embellishments of your choosing.
Highlight your white background. Open up a flower of choice. Resize by 60%, smartsize. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 0, Opacity 70, Blur 8.00. Duplicate the flower. Position to your liking behind the mask layer.
Open up another feather of choice. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Give it a drop shadow of H and V 1, Opacity 35, Blur 2.00. Duplicate the feather. Go to image > mirror. Then, image > flip. Position to your liking behind the mask layer.
Hide your white background. Merge your visible layers. Resize your merged layer by 90%, bicubic. Apply Xero Porcelain with the following settings:
Go to adjust > sharpness > unsharp mask. Apply with a radius of 5, strength 20, clipping 1.
Highlight your white background. Add a new raster layer. Select all on your new layer. Open up a paper from the kit. Don't resize. Copy. Paste into selection. Deselect. Apply GG_Mask 19 with the following settings:

Hide all Mask
Delete the mask, answer yes and merge the group. Apply Porcelain, same settings. Give the mask a drop shadow of H and V 1, Opacity 35, Blur 1.00.
Highlight your top layer. Open up your tube. Resize as necessary, bicubic. Choose two colors from your tag and make them your foreground and background. Copy and paste your tube onto your canvas. Apply Duochrome with the following settings:
Give your tube a drop shadow of H 6, V -3, Opacity 70, Blur 8.00. Position to your liking.
Open up 2 clouds of choice from the kit. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Duplicate the clouds one time each. Position them so they look as if your tube is sitting on top of them. Merge the cloud layers together. Go to adjust > blur > gaussian blur. Apply with a radius of about 8.00. Apply Constellation, same settings. Lower the opacity of the clouds to about 85%.
Merge the tube and cloud layers together.
Crop and resize to your liking.
Add your copyright info, watermark, and your text. If you are not animating, then save as JPG or PNG.
If you are animating, duplicate the merged layer that has your leafy frame. On the top layer, apply constellation with the following settings:
Make sure Make Selection Transparent is ticked!!! Copy merged. Open up Animation Shop. Paste as a new animation in AS.
Back to PSP. Go to edit > undo constellation. Apply constellation again, but this time hit the random seed button. Copy merged and paste after your current frame in AS.
Repeat the above steps 3 more times for a total of 5 frames.
Select all frames (CTRL + A) Change the frame properties to 12.
Optimize and save as gif.
